Me and Jared Have Not Been on a Longboard in a Long Time

I was walking with Jared the other day and just talking about the things that have been happening in our lives. He was walking his new dog and I really started to think that it might be a good idea to get one for myself. One of the things that we discussed was the fact that we have not been riding our longboards for a while now.

I guess it is a combination of having to take care of family (in his case, his dog), and trying to build a career. We both recently started in new jobs and we both are pretty much focused on being as good as we can possibly be.

What this means for us is that we now have far less time for our hobbies. We used to ride longboards all day long during weekends and we even went to some hills on some weeknights. These days, we are lucky if we can ride on a board at least once a month. Things are really that busy.
