They’re Planning on Moving, We Just Know It

When we were asked to babysit for their four sons, we kind of thought that they were going to “scope out” London, as they said that was where they were going. They didn’t say anything and we didn’t ask. But then we heard “through the grapevine” that this couple was doing a search for new build houses for sale in london. That’s when we knew our suspicions were correct in thinking they were going to move.

So we asked them about whether they were going to move, and they sheepishly admitted they would be in the near future. We knew that they liked being able to build new homes so asked if they had found one to their liking. They said they had and that the husband was going to be doing some of the work on it as well as their oldest son (who was then 15 and learning the carpentry trade in school).

But what style of home were they choosing? We asked them. A bi-level, the wife told us.
