Why Would You Grow Your Own Vegetables

Why does one bother to build an indoor garden. It seems that everyone I talk to and everywhere I look, there is a hydroponics store. I don’t understand the hype with these places, but it seems that it is the new way to garden. The first time I heard about this type of gardening, it was from my neighbor. He had me go into his garage and showed me his new setup. He was so proud of the design because he had built it from the ground up.

I can see all of the commotion. When you first look at the system, you can see why people like it so much. These systems are outrageous. They look like something from outer space. I guess I can somewhat understand all of the buzz. If you ask me, I would rather just go to my local grocery store and purchase my vegetables. This, to me, is the simpler way to go.
